Romania flag

What it represents

This is Romania’s national flag. Its constitution names blue, yellow and red as the flag’s colors, with blue beside the flagpole.

How to recognize it

Read the three vertical bands from left to right: blue, yellow, red. Chad uses the same arrangement, so a small image can be ambiguous; use the accompanying name or context rather than relying on color shade alone.
